This semi abstract painting depict Rhossili on the Gower peninsular in South Wales. Visiting Rhossili in the spring allowed me to capture the cliffs surrounding the bay when adorned by a carpet of lush green vegetation and vivacious yellow and violet heather set against the crystal aqua ocean. The textured path and rickety fence lead you into the painting and toward the beach which I have highlighted with pearl, oat and gold hues.
