Having grown up by the Jurassic coast of Lyme Regis, Dorset, Lucy considers herself extremely lucky to have always been surrounded by such amazing natural beauty.

One particular passion of Lucy's is the sea and it's ever changing moods and motion. This fascination with movement led her into developing her creativity In Art and Dance before going to the University of Westminster, London, where she gained a top BA (HONS) degree in Fashion Design and illustration. Lucy's strong design background draws her towards a more sophisticated palette.

Lucy has traveled extensively through out America, Australia, New Zealand and most recently South America. Such exposure to a variety of cultures, and seeing such versatility of light, has been an inspiration to her Art.

Lucy's Welsh connections have very recently extended her subject matter into the Gower peninsula and Pembrokeshire. This stunning coastal landscape has opened up her style of painting to slightly darker and more dramatic images whilst still retaining her signature iridescence and texture.
