This shimmering painting is Inspired by the glistening frost of sycamore leaves on the ground on a crisp winter morning . I have highlighted the leaves by using layers of texture which show the beautiful print of a leaf and I have used deep emerald tones combined with genuine gold leaf and pearl white to imitate the crisp texture of a frozen leaf.
