In this painting I have concentrated on the reflections of boats and pier on the harbour in Mousehole, Cornwall.. I have combined texture and genuine gold leaf to highlight the stone walls surrounding the harbour and to capture the iridescent reflections I have used a subtle blend of light turquoise, sea green, pewter and pale gold hue. Finally I have added a touch of sparkle with genuine gold leaf.
