Size:16" x 16" (40.5cm x 40.5cm)
Deep edge gallery wrapped canvas
If
you have ever visited my home town, Lyme Regis in Dorset then this
will be a familiar image. Ever since "The French Lieutenant's Woman"
by autor John Fowles, was written people have continued to flock
to Lyme Bay and stand on the tip of the cobb staring out at the
sea. To create this painting I visited the cobb late evening with
a full moon. I have concentrated on emulating the moonlight as it
highlights the amazing texture and exaggerated curve of the cobb
with a silver blue and violet beam.
PLEASE
NOTE: Colours may vary due to different monitor settings.
