This painting captures on the horizon the destinctive shape of Hengisbury head in Dorset. I have Concentrated on capturing the light cascading down on the boy who is flying the kite and the reflection of the wet sand. Using bold brush strokes to create movement I have used a subtle blend of opaque colour including soft turquoise, golden hue and teal.
