This painting captures the sun coming through after a downpour of rain at Lulworth cove, Dorset.. The light is cascading down onto the glistening textured cliffs which I have have highlighted with touches of genuine gold leaf. I have used a subtle blend of turquoise, sea green, pale lilac, orche yellow and pale oat with hints of iridescent gold and pearl white.
