This seascape painting combines the sparkling reflections of green sky against the textured sandy shores. A close up of the painting reveals the detail of a figure (a boy) flying a kite on a windy winters day. I have used pale green, gold and pearl tones to highlight the sand and sky which allows the painting to catch the light to great effect.
